Tomies Cakes & Events operates an online and physical bakery, event catering, and academy. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Orders & Payments

• All cake and meal orders must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit (where applicable).

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

• Custom orders may require detailed discussions; once confirmed, changes may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available within specified areas and subject to delivery fees.

• Pickup is available at our studio: Shop 9, God of Mercy Plaza, Opposite AFR Gym, Igbona, Osogbo, Osun State.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, absence at delivery, or circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders canceled at least 72 hours before delivery/pickup may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding special/custom orders).

• Orders canceled less than 72 hours before delivery/pickup are non-refundable.

• Academy fees are non-refundable but may be transferable to another class/session at our discretion.

• In the rare event of an error on our part, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Academy Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.

• Students must attend classes on time; missed classes are not refundable.

• Course materials provided are for personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed.

• We reserve the right to reschedule classes when necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs, and training materials) is the property of Tomies Cakes & Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for allergic reactions; customers must inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.

• We are not responsible for damages once cakes or meals are delivered or collected.

• Academy training outcomes may vary; we do not guarantee specific results but provide the highest quality training.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
